Pink Floyd built up a following as one of the first English Psychedelic bands, their expanded songs and innovative light shows has kept them at the front of Prog rock for decades. When original member Syd Barrett left due to mental health problems, he was replaced by Dave Gilmore. The album Dark Side of the Moon brought them global success going 4x Platinum sales in the UK and over 500 weeks in the USA charts.
