Part of the Bromley contingent early fans who followed the Sex Pistols from gig to gig, Siouxsie Sue took on the Punk philosophy of 'do it yourself ' and form her own band Siouxsie and the Banshees. There main success came when they changed direction in the early 80s to a more Indie/ Pop format.
