You will receive a tracking number on dispatch.  Your local post office will pick up the tracking number for example initially you would check on Anpost then after two or three days if you still have not received your package you can check on Royal Mail if you are in the UK.  Alternatively you can contact Music Poster Shop and we will be only too happy to assist.

Are my payments secure?                                                                                               

Yes, all customer payment information including address and credit card/debit card information is encrypted to ensure it is secure during transactions using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).  We also do not store any card information.

Can you post to a different address?
Yes at check out it will ask you for a shipping address and a billing address which can be different.

Are you products predominately used.

Yes.  We grade all our products within the description.  Please see our grading system here

Will I be receiving the item as seen in photo.

Yes we photograph and upload all our products individually and grade them accordingly.

Am I liable for any extra charges such as customs.
